I am currently a Reading Specialist in an elementary school, and have a total of 13 years teaching experience. I am also working on my Doctorate in Language and Literacy at NIU. I have been tutoring students that need to work on emergent reading skills, such as letter recognition and sounds, all the way to high school students working to improve their fluency and comprehension. However, my teaching experience also provides me with the ability to tutor in all subjects at the elementary and middle school levels.
